Terms of Service

1. The Service

SkimOrg is a business-to-business Software-as-a-Service platform that provides a multi-tenant CRM, ticketing, team collaboration, and AI-assisted chat system. Accounts, sign-in, and workspace data are managed by our portal application; this marketing website itself does not store or process your account credentials.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party;
• Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other tenants' data;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product;
• Submit data you are not lawfully permitted to share with us (e.g. special categories of personal data without a valid basis).

4. AI Features

SkimOrg's chat and automation features are powered in part by third-party large language model providers, including DeepSeek. Content you submit to AI-assisted features (messages, tickets, CRM records, and related workspace context) may be transmitted to these providers solely to generate a response or complete the requested action. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you remain responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-assisted output before relying on it for business decisions.

5. Customer Data

As between you and SkimOrg, you retain all rights to the data your organization submits to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service, including the AI processing described above. 6. Fees & Plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the portal. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach after notice, or immediately if necessary to prevent harm to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkimOrg and compilerflow.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total fees you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkimOrg, compilerflow.com, and their officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) Customer Data you submit, including any lack of a lawful basis to share it with us; (c) your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third party's rights.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, internet or utility outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure, hosting, or subprocessors we rely on to provide the Service.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you agree to submit to that jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection UK consumer law gives you if you are a consumer resident elsewhere.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the portal or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
