Connect a CRM form to your website

Every SkimOrg CRM form can be embedded on any website - yours, a client's, a landing page - with no code beyond a single copy-paste. Five steps, a few minutes.

    Open Forms inside your CRM

    Sign in to SkimOrg, go to CRM Suite, and click the Forms tab.

    Build your form

    Click "+ New Form". Add the fields you want to collect (name, email, phone, message, anything else) and map each one to a CRM property, so submissions land in the right place automatically.

    Click "Get Code"

    Open your new form and click Get Code. You'll see two things: a direct link to your form, and an embed snippet.

    Add it to your website

    Use whichever fits your site:

    Direct link

    Share the link anywhere - a button, an email, a QR code. Visitors land on a standalone page with just your form.

    Embed snippet

    Paste the copied <iframe> tag directly into your website's HTML, wherever you want the form to appear inline on the page.

    That's it - submissions arrive automatically

    Every time someone submits the form, a new contact (or an update to an existing one) appears in your CRM instantly. Open the form in Forms and click Submissions to see them, or ask the AI CRM Assistant "how many leads came in this week?"
